Smoking and e-cigarettes

Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes are prohibited within Lovell workplaces.

Designated smoking or vaping areas may be established, constructed from non-combustible materials, and located away from buildings.

These areas must be equipped with facilities for safely extinguishing smoking materials and kept free of combustible waste.

Disposable vapes must be disposed of in dedicated recycling containers.
