Waste materials

Combustible waste must be regularly removed from the site and must not be stored on scaffolding, roofs, or inside buildings.

Metal bins with lids should be used for storing combustible materials before disposal.

Rubbish chutes should be made of fire resistant materials and must not obstruct escape routes.

Waste awaiting disposal must be kept at a safe distance from buildings, smoking shelters, and equipment.

Dry vegetation around the site should be cleared regularly.

The burning of waste is strictly forbidden.
