All gas works, inclusive of new installations, maintenance, refurbishment, servicing etc. must be carried out in strict accordance with the current Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations and associated codes of practise, and applicable manufacturers’ instructions where available.

All individuals working on any gas appliance, associated equipment and pipework must be competent, Gas Safe registered and hold relevant qualifications for the proposed work.

The use of individuals unable to provide evidence of the required level of current qualification is strictly prohibited.

Workers being trained must be under strict supervision of a competent person.
