Manual handling - plasterboard

Use telehandlers to position boards close to plot entrances without causing trip hazards and impeding pedestrian access on PAVES routes

Use plasterboard lifts or adjustable props to position boards safely for fixing whenever possible. For low-level wall panels, use a foot-operated board lifter to avoid stooping

Consider 'letterbox' openings to transfer boards to upper floors to avoid carrying up stairs

Make sure workers are trained to use lifting equipment and handling aids safely
